LEARN TO CODE WITH SCRATCH (INTRODUCTION)


Join us for this short Learn to Code with Scratch Introduction video.

This video will outline the Scratch editor; show you how to create a character (sprite); how to move the character; and use a forever loop. It’s a great intro to the world of coding. This will prepare the user to then follow the upcoming 7 part “Learn to Make a Math Multiplication Video Game” tutorial.

Scratch is a fabulous program that allows the user to easily create games and animations using visual (blocks) code. You can find the Scratch program at:

The great thing about Scratch – other than it’s FREE – is that you can also download a version to use offline. This offline download can be found at:
